Infected Cow Came from Canada, USDA Says

The U.S. Department of Agriculture says the cow with the first reported case of mad cow disease in the United States was originally from Canada. But Canadian officials say there's no "definitive" evidence about the Holstein's origins. NPR's Ari Shapiro reports.
