Despite Sanctions, U.S. Aid Flows to Iran

Despite an absence of diplomatic relations between the United States and Iran, U.S. military cargo planes are delivering supplies to aid relief workers in Bam, Iran, after a catastrophic earthquake there. The flights mark the first time that U.S. aircraft have landed in Iran since 1981. NPR's Vicky O'Hara reports.
