Papal Envoy Killed in Burundi

Archbishop Michael Courtney, the Papal Nuncio in Burundi, was shot and killed in the central African nation Monday. Burundi's government blamed the killing on a rebel group, which denied the allegation. Analysts think it may have been a random killing in a country wracked by violence.
