U.S. envoy James Baker returns to the United States after obtaining pledges from many of Iraq's major creditors to forgive billions of dollars in debt. The former secretary of state visited Asia and Europe in an effort to ease Iraq's $120-billion debt burden. The White House calls Baker's attempts "productive." NPR's Vicky O'Hara reports.
