Israel launches a helicopter missile strike against Hamas militants Tuesday. The attack on a car in Gaza City reportedly wounded one passenger — Jamal al-Jarah, a senior member of the group's military wing — and some 10 passersby. The strike comes after two months of comparative peace that saw Israelis and Palestinians attempting to salvage a peace plan. NPR's Linda Gradstein reports.
