Reaction to the Ephedra Ban

The federal government announced Tuesday its intentions to ban dietary supplements containing ephedra early next year. It's advising consumers to stop using them at once. The weight-loss stimulants have been linked to more than 150 deaths. NPR's Tony Cox talks to William Hubbard, the associate commissioner for policy with the FDA. We also hear from Michael McGuffin, president of the American Herbal Products Association.
