Public health officials are hailing Uganda as a model for AIDS prevention. Rates of HIV infection among adults have dropped from a peak of 30 percent to 6 percent. Many credit President Yoweri Museveni for his emphasis on condom use, others credit religious groups for their message of abstinence and monogamy. NPR's Brenda Wilson reports.
