Cruetzfeldt-Jakob and Mad Cow Disease
Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease is a frightening, fatal malady that causes the human brain to disintegrate. And most scientists believe a form of Creutzfedlt-Jakob is transmitted by ingesting brain or nerve tissue from cattle infected with mad cow disease.
