NASA Rover Beams Photos of Mars to Earth
After an overnight landing on Mars, NASA's latest probe begins sending dozens of images back to Earth. After previous difficulties with Mars missions, the success of Spirit is welcome news at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, Calif. Hear NPR's Liane Hansen and NPR's Joe Palca.
