Some Democrats in the Senate Judiciary Committee are balking at confirming the attorney general nomination of former Judge Michael Mukasey. The main issue involves waterboarding and whether it's considered torture. Counterterrorism consultant Malcolm Nance, who has trained hundreds of American service members to be ready for interrogation techniques, talks to Alex Chadwick.
