Tim Carney returned in May from his second diplomatic tour at the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad, which he says was completely different from his first trip, when he was part of the Coalition Provisional Authority in 2003.

The retired ambassador talks with Robert Siegel about what it's like for diplomats in Iraq.
