Think-Tank: White House Fudged WMD Report

A Washington-based think tank issues a report charging that the Bush administration "systematically misrepresented" the threat posed by Iraq's program to develop weapons of mass destruction. The Carnegie Endowment for International Peace says Iraq's weapons program posed no imminent threat. Secretary of State Colin Powell maintains there was no distortion of the facts. NPR's Vicky O'Hara reports.
