Texas Redistricting Map Upheld

Earlier this week, a special three-judge federal panel in Austin, Texas, ruled there were no constitutional grounds to intervene in a long, contentious redistricting battle between state Republicans and Democrats. Last fall, Republicans redrew Texas congressional districts in an effort to gain seats. NPR's Tony Cox reports.
