The liberal advocacy group MoveOn.org announces the winner of a contest to produce a 30-second spot about President Bush. Visitors to the group's Web site chose the winning ad from 1,500 entries, all of which were critical of the president. The ad will air next week as a counterpoint to Bush's State of the Union address. NPR's Robert Smith reports.
