NPR's Neva Grant talks with her sister, Paula Grant Berry, about the new plans for Ground Zero. Berry served as the representative for the Sept. 11 victims' families on the memorial jury. She says she wanted the memorial to be dignified and solemn, without feeling like a graveyard, and she is now satisfied with the memorial plans.
