Northeast Buckles Under Cold Snap

Arctic weather descends into the northeastern United States, bringing sub-zero temperatures and precipitation. The intense cold has lead the state of Maine to declare a state of emergency, and entire school districts have simply shut down. Trish Anderton of New Hampshire Public Radio reports.
