Critics Call for Stricter Livestock Feed Rules

The U.S. government is currently rewriting rules governing cattle-feeding procedures in an effort to protect humans from mad cow disease. But some food-safety advocates call for stricter regulations covering feed for all livestock — not just cattle. Hear NPR's Christopher Joyce.
