Bremer Returns from Iraq for Talks with Bush

NPR's Michele Kelemen reports on Paul Bremer, the U.S. administrator of Iraq, and his last-minute trip to White House today. Many believe he will talk with President Bush about a possible overhaul of U.S. plans for choosing a new Iraqi government.
