Bush's State of the Union: A Preview

NPR's Brian Naylor talks to NPR's Don Gonyea about the State of the Union speech President Bush will deliver Tuesday night. Gonyea expects the President to tout the capture of Saddam Hussein and Libya's acceptance of weapons inspections. He also expects the president to urge Congress to make the tax cuts they enacted permanent.
