President Bush prepares to deliver his third State of the Union Address Tuesday, one day after the Iowa caucuses. The timing gives Bush a chance to share the limelight with politicking Democrats. Presidential advisers say Bush's speech will offer an optimistic vision of Iraq, other foreign policy issues and the state of the U.S. economy. NPR's Don Gonyea reports.
