Oregon Rejects Cigarette Tax Boost

Voters have decided against increasing the cigarette tax to raise money for children's health care. Big tobacco poured nearly twelve million dollars into the state to defeat the measure. Oregon Public Broadcasting's Kristian Foden-Vencil reports on the vote.
