Lindh Whistle-Blower Sees Smear Campaign

A former Justice Department lawyer says the agency is smearing her name because of questions she raised over the prosecution of John Walker Lindh. Lindh was captured along with Taliban fighters by U.S. forces in Afghanistan, and went on to face trial in the United States. The dispute centers on internal e-mails leaked to the media by the lawyer. NPR's Jennifer Ludden reports.
