Analysis: Bush's State of the Union Speech

President Bush gave his State of the Union address Tuesday night, and it unofficially kicked off his re-election bid. NPR's Tavis Smiley speaks with two representatives of the U.S. Congress — House Democratic leader Nancy Pelosi and Republican David Dreier, both of California — to get their views on the Bush administration's recent past and near-future.
