Protester's Cream Cake Conviction Overturned
A Norwegian protester took a lesson from Curly, Moe and Larry to make a political point. He threw a cream cake at Norway's Finance Minister two years ago. The cake hit her on the back of the head but didn't hurt her — though it did mess up her clothes. The student protester was sentenced to 30 days in jail. But Norway's Supreme Court, ruling he didn't get his just desserts, overturned the conviction because he didn't mean to hurt her.
