Jeffrey Scott Hornoff, once a Rhode Island police detective, was imprisoned for more than six years in a killing. Then he was exonerated. Now a state judge has ruled that Hornoff is entitled to a decade's worth of back pay. Hear Hornoff and NPR's Scott Simon.
