African-American Vote Key in South Carolina

South Carolina's Democratic presidential primary, Feb. 3, is the first where African-American voters will play a pivotal role, accounting for a third to a half of all votes cast. The candidates are tailoring their campaigns to win black support. NPR's Adam Hochberg reports.
