Supreme Court to Review Executions of Juvenile Killers

U.S. Supreme Court justices plan to review the constitutionality of executing killers who were younger than 18 when they committed their crimes. There have been several recent attempts to get the court to revisit the issue, but it is unclear why the justices have now chosen to reconsider a position they upheld in 1989. NPR's Nina Totenberg reports.
