Sept. 11 Panel Releases Audio Tape

The independent commission investigating the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks question aviation regulators and airline officials in the second of two days of hearings. The commission also releases an audio recording of a call for help from a flight attendant on one of the hijacked planes. NPR's Jennifer Ludden reports.
