Judge Throws Out Slavery Reparations Suit

A federal judge dismisses a class-action lawsuit seeking reparations for slavery from 19 defendants, including companies like Aetna Insurance and Brown and Williamson Tobacco Corporation. But the ruling leaves the door open for plaintiffs to file an amended complaint. We speak with co-lead counsel Roger Wareham.
