Former Vermont governor Howard Dean returns to the campaign trail, after reorganizing his bid for the presidency. Dean replaced his campaign manager, Joe Trippi, with Roy Neel, a former aid to Al Gore, and instituted cost-cutting measures. The shakeup follows disappointing finishes in the New Hampshire primary and Iowa caucuses. Hear NPR's Robert Smith.
