Israel releases around 430 Arab prisoners as part of an exchange with the Hezbollah guerrillas of Lebanon. Israel returned 400 Palestinian detainees to the West Bank and Gaza and flew 30 other mostly Lebanese prisoners to Germany and then on to Beirut. Hezbollah freed an Israeli businessman and released the bodies of three Israeli soldiers. NPR's Linda Gradstein reports.
