Florida Court Rules Against Gay Adoption

A federal appeals court upholds a Florida law prohibiting homosexuals from adopting children. The appeals judges determined the issue to be one of legislative policy, not constitutional law. The judges also said that a recent Supreme Court ruling decriminalizing homosexual behavior did not affect the right to adopt. NPR's Larry Abramson reports.
