Thomas Kean, head of the independent commission looking into the Sept. 11 attacks, says his panel needs more time to investigate the terrorist attacks. Kean says although the White House is cooperating, the complicated process of reviewing classified government documents is slowing the panel's work. Hear NPR's Steve Inskeep and Kean.
