Six Charged in D.C. Property-Tax Refund Scheme
Federal authorities are investigating the alleged theft of tens of millions of dollars from the Washington, D.C., government in a property-tax refund scheme.
Six people have already been charged and several more questioned about the alleged fraud, which lasted seven years.
