NPR's Jeff Brady reports on allegations that football prospects visiting the University of Colorado were enticed to attend the school with promises of wild parties and sex. One woman has filed a federal civil rights lawsuit claiming she was raped at a party planned by the school. Both the university and the NCAA are investigating.
