NPR's Richard Knox reports on the big scientific decision facing health officials in Asia right now: Kill all the chickens? Or use a less-than-effective bird-flu vaccine to contain the spread of the disease among flocks. The latter would mitigate the economic impact and hopefully prevent the spread to humans. But some say the only way to protect humans is to get rid of the birds.
