Doug Faneuil, a former broker's assistant at Merrill Lynch, testifies that his boss ordered him to pass ImClone stock tips to domestic doyenne Martha Stewart just before she made a controversial stock sale in late 2001. Faneuil, the prosecution's star witness, also acknowledged lying to federal regulators because he wanted to cover up his role in the sale. Hear NPR's Jim Zarroli.
