U.S. May Lift Ban on Travel to Libya

U.S., British and Libyan diplomats meet in London Friday to discuss ways to reward Moammar Gadhafi's regime for ending its weapons of mass destruction programs. As a first gesture, the United States is expected to offer to lift restrictions barring American citizens from traveling to Libya. Hear NPR's Michele Kelemen.
