EU Gets Tough with Airlines Selling Tickets Online

The European Union is cracking down on airlines. Regulators have had enough of operators who advertise one price for tickets purchased online, and then charge a different price. EU investigators examined the Web sites for almost 450 European airlines and ticketing companies, and found more than half were not transparent about pricing, availability or terms of travel.
