Ingrid Marie Rivera was a contestant in the Miss Puerto Rico contest. The winner goes to the Miss Universe pageant. And somebody apparently tried to sabotage Rivera. She broke out in hives. Pageant organizers thought it was nerves at first. But they later learned her clothes and makeup were contaminated with pepper spray. Even though she was coated with chemicals, Rivera won.
