Christmas Price Index Surges

The annual PNC Christmas Price Index is out with the cost of those items designated for the Twelve Days of Christmas. Soaring gold prices have pushed the five golden rings up 21 percent. Eight maids-a-milking will be more expensive, thanks to the rise in the minimum wage (their first pay hike in a decade). Turtle doves and swans-a-swimming held steady. The total price tag for all of the items in the Twelve Days of Christmas: $7,800.
