Northwestern University is suing the city of Evanston, Illinois, which has designated part of the campus a historic district. Northwestern says the buildings have no historical significance and the city is actually retaliating for the tax-exempt university's refusal to pay more for city services. City officials maintain the issues are separate. NPR's Cheryl Corley reports.
