Court Blocks California Execution

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in California blocks the execution of convicted killer Kevin Cooper hours before he is scheduled to die. The court says DNA evidence in the case should be retested. Cooper has maintained his innocence through 18 years of appeals. NPR's Richard Gonzales reports.
