FCC Media Ownership Appeal to Begin

A Philadelphia appeals court is set to hear arguments over the government's 2003 decision to make it easier for media conglomerates to expand their broadcast holdings. The Federal Communications Commission's effort last year to relax restrictions on media ownership was blocked by lawsuits from industry groups, consumer watchdogs and minority advocates. NPR's Rick Karr reports.
