NFL, Viacom Own up to Super Bowl Flap

The heads of the NFL and Viacom take responsibility for this year's controversial Super Bowl halftime show during a visit to Congress. In testimony before a House committee, the executives said they've taken measures to ensure their broadcasts are cleaner in the future, including a tape-delay for live broadcasts.
