Massachusetts lawmakers resume debate on whether to change the state's constitution to ban gay marriage, in light of a ruling by the state's highest court that gays have a right to wed. Lawmakers say they are optimistic they will reach a compromise that would ban same-sex marriage but allow for civil unions for gays. NPR's Tovia Smith reports.
