Michigan officials are trying a new tactic to help prevent young talent from leaving the state in search of better jobs. The state is offering interest-free college loans to students in high-tech fields, so long as the recipients stay in the state until the loans are paid off. Michigan Public Radio's Rick Pluta reports.
