NPR's Tavis Smiley speaks with Dr. David Satcher, head of the National Center for Primary Care at the Morehouse School of Medicine, and Congresswoman Maxine Watters, about some of the problems facing the King/Drew Medical Center in South Central Los Angeles, as well as other black medical-training facilities in the United States.
