Disney Rejects Comcast Offer

The board of the Walt Disney Co. unanimously votes to reject Comcast's $56 billion, all-stock bid to take over the company. Disney says the offer was too low, but allows it will consider legitimate bids that create shareholder value. Hear NPR's Bob Edwards and NPR's Kim Masters.
