Witness Identities Withheld in Guantanamo Trial

Military lawyers for 21-year-old Guantanamo detainee Omar Ahmed Khadr say they have been told that they may not reveal the identity of prosecution witnesses to their client. One of Khadr's attorneys told The New York Times this indicates that the trial begins "with a presumption of guilt."
